Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and company data at any time.
1. Who can make a request
Deletion of company data is requested by the company owner. To confirm ownership, we may ask for confirmation from the registered phone number.
2. How to make a request
Write to us on Telegram or by email (channels below). Include the company name and the registered phone number.
3. What is deleted
- Account data: name, phone number, login and company details.
- Products, orders and customer data.
- Company settings and staff memberships.
4. What is deleted automatically
The staff action log is deleted after 60 days, and SMS verification codes after 5 minutes.
5. Important
Once deletion is confirmed, the data cannot be restored. We will let you know when your request has been completed.
