Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The platform is operated by INNOSOFT LLC (TIN 311752356), registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In this document "we", "the platform" and "FastSell" refer to this company.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary for the service to work:

• —Account data — first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name.
• —Instagram account data — account identifier, username, linked Facebook page and access token, obtained through Meta. Your password is never shared with us.
• —Comments and messages — comments and direct messages on your connected account, along with the identifier and username of the person who sent them.
• —Leads — customer details captured during a conversation (name, phone number, city, and any other fields you configure).
• —AI provider key — the API key you connect. Stored encrypted and used only to make requests on your behalf.
• —Technical data — IP address, browser type, sign-in times, and service logs.

3. How we use the data

The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• —Replying to Instagram comments and messages according to the rules you configure.
• —Capturing and storing leads and delivering them to the services you choose (Google Sheets, Telegram, webhook, CRM).
• —Managing your account, counting plan limits, and providing technical support.
• —Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse and spam.
• —Improving the platform based on aggregated statistics that do not identify individuals.

4. Meta (Instagram and Facebook) data

Your Instagram account is connected through Meta's official authorization system. We can only access the data you have granted permission for, and we use it in accordance with Meta's platform terms.

This data is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties. You can disconnect at any time — after that we receive no new data.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as the service requires:

• —Meta Platforms — to receive comments and messages and to send replies.
• —The AI provider you choose (Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI) — to generate reply text. Requests are sent using your own key.
• —The destinations you configure — Google Sheets, Telegram, a webhook, or your CRM. You alone decide these destinations.
• —Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run our servers, under contract.
• —Government authorities — only where required by law.

6. How long data is kept

Conversations and leads are kept for the period stated in your plan: Free — 30 days, Start — 6 months, Pro — 2 years, Agency — unlimited.

If you delete your account, all of your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law.

7. Security

Access tokens and AI keys are stored encrypted in the database (AES-256-GCM) and are never returned in full through the API.

All connections use HTTPS. Staff access to data is limited to what their work requires.

That said, no system on the internet is completely secure. Please use a strong password for your account.

8. Your rights

At any time you can:

• —View and obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• —Correct inaccurate data.
• —Delete your account and all associated data.
• —Disconnect Instagram or remove your AI key.
• —Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

9. Your customers' data

Data belonging to people who message you on Instagram (name, phone number, message text) belongs to you. For that data you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.

Collecting and using that data lawfully is your responsibility. We use it solely to provide the service to you.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you in advance of significant changes by email or through the platform. The update date is shown at the top of this document.
